Unfortunately, due to the nature our our products & for obvious hygiene reasons we can not offer returns, refunds and exchanges. All Happy Ever Vintage accessory pieces are handmade, therefore there may be slight variations in each piece. We apologise for inconvenience. We will however offer returns on damaged candles.

Orders are sent with tracked shipping. Once an order leaves us, we are no longer responsible. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, you would like a copy of your data held by us or would like more information regarding our products, shipping or policies, please email us at happyevervintage@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Returns must be unused. Goods can be returned if received in a broken matter. All returns within 30 days from shipment.
